So, we stayed the night in El Paso, on the very western side of texas (Its closer to the Pacific ocean than to Houston) so we decided to wander over the bridge to Mexico for an hour.

It was super easy to get into mexico - thye didn’t even take out 35c for the toll bridge, we just walked over.

The Rio Grande was a bit of a disappointment - after reading/watching countless westerns where the good/bad guys escape across the river, I was expecting a little bit more! There was also so much fences up that it was a little hard to see.
